This privacy policy explains which personal data IPTV Live processes, why we do so and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

2. What data do we process?
- Order and contact form: your name, email address, chosen plan and any note or question. The form sends nothing to our server: it turns your details into a WhatsApp message in your browser. We only receive them once you send that message in WhatsApp yourself.
- WhatsApp: messages you send us via WhatsApp, including your phone number. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp (Meta), whose privacy policy also applies.
- Subscription: the data needed to deliver your subscription, such as your email address and service login details.
- Technical data: our hosting provider temporarily processes server logs such as IP address, time and requested page for security and troubleshooting.
3. Why do we process this data?
- To answer your question or handle your order (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps).
- To deliver your subscription and support you (performance of the contract).
- To keep the website secure and available (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping.
4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep data no longer than necessary. Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your question or order. Administrative records are kept as long as the law requires (in the Netherlands, generally seven years).
5. Do we share your data?
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver the service, such as our hosting provider and WhatsApp as a communication channel, with data processing agreements where required.
6. Your rights
