These terms apply to the use of this website and to all IPTV Live subscriptions. In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.

1. Parties
These terms apply between IPTV Live (Chamber of Commerce [to be completed]), hereinafter 'IPTV Live', and you as the customer.
2. Offer and agreement
The current offer and durations are listed on the Pricing page. The agreement is concluded once IPTV Live has confirmed your order.
3. Delivery
You order via WhatsApp; every order is processed manually. Your personal login details are sent via WhatsApp; activation takes about 10 minutes. You are responsible for a suitable device, IPTV app and internet connection of sufficient quality.
4. Use
- Your subscription is personal and non-transferable; reselling or public screening is not allowed.
- A subscription is for 1 screen: you watch on one device at a time.
- You keep your login details confidential.
5. Availability
IPTV Live strives for a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Picture quality also depends on your internet connection and equipment. The channel and content line-up may change.
6. Price and payment
The price of your subscription is shown on the website or provided when you order, including VAT. You can pay with PayPal, card, crypto or bank transfer. Other payment terms: [to be completed].
7. Duration and termination
A subscription runs for the chosen duration and does not renew automatically (manual renewal). To keep watching afterwards, you order a new subscription. In case of misuse or breach of these terms, IPTV Live may suspend or end access.
8. Withdrawal and refunds

9. Liability

10. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence remains unaffected.
